About the Role

Hire Resolve’s client in Durban is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their team. As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction in the Civil Road Construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
  • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and permits.
  • Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and cost projections.
  • Coordinate and lead regular project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring quality workmanship and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
