Job Description
- Lead and manage team leaders, marketers, and sales agents.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets and profitability are achieved.
- Develop improvement plans, provide coaching, and manage performance when required.
- Oversee lead generation activities and ensure inbound leads are actioned promptly.
- Plan staffing, maintain a talent pipeline, and coordinate recruitment needs.
- Monitor customer interactions, handle complex customer issues, and ensure high service standards.
- Analyze performance data, monitor productivity, and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adequate staffing to meet demand.
- Manage training programs, oversee onboarding, and ensure staff remain updated on products, systems, and promotions.
- Support continuous development of agents and team leaders.
