Johannesburg: Sales Representative (Pet Food)

As a key players in our sales force, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company by managing client relationships, driving sales, and participating in various promotional activities. Responsibilities: Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients across the JHB and surrounding areas. Take orders from stores and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the admin office and delivery team. Respond promptly to customer emails and queries. Assist with in-store merchandising and participate in promotional events, including weekend activities. Collaborate with the sales teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Maintain and update sales leads, customer information, and relevant data. Provide daily reports to the Sales Director and Branch Manager summarizing field observations. Staying current with industry trends and best practices. Weekend events with selected clients to boost sales. Requirements: Matric Non-negotiable Driver’s License and own vehicle Fluent in Afrikaans is non-negotiable! Minimum of two years of sales representative experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge or previous experience within the pet industry would be highly advantageous. Weekend events with selected clients to boost sales will be required.
