Requirements:

• End-to-end SAP IBP implementation experience is essential.
  
• Must have experience in Supply Planning.
  
• At least 4 – 5years experience in leading and delivering SAP IBP projects.
  
• Preferable experience in SAP IBP Optimizer and Order-Based Planning.
  
• Expected to lead workshops, design documents, functional configuration, and UAT sessions.
  
• Should be capable of writing integration specifications.
  
• Must contribute to internal capability building and mentoring junior staff.
  
• Business development (soft sales) expected within existing clients.
  
• Consulting background is preferred but not mandatory.
