Job title/position: Southern Africa SAP S/4HANA SCM/ Procure/MM Senior Manager Function and Business Unit: Digital Consultant Description of the role and purpose of the job: The SAP SCM Consultant Senior Manager will spearhead our digital transformation initiatives within supply chain management, utilizing extensive knowledge of SAP SCM, MM, and Procurement modules. This role demands a visionary leader who can blend strategic consulting with technical SAP expertise to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and innovative supply chain solutions. Key responsibilities: Strategic Consulting: Lead digital transformation projects in supply chain management, delivering strategic advice to enhance SCM processes through SAP solutions. Solution Design and Implementation: Architect and implement SAP SCM, MM, and Procurement solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and digital transformation goals. Project Leadership: Manage the project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the SCM domain, developing proposals and leading client presentations. Expert Guidance: Act as the subject matter expert in SAP SCM, MM, and Procurement, providing insights and recommendations on best practices and emerging trends. Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team. General

Responsibilities:

Ensure the successful delivery of data migration and governance projects, achieving client satisfaction and impactful business outcomes. Elevate our firm`s stature as a premier consultant in data transformation and governance. Stimulate innovation and growth within the digital consulting business unit. Skills and attributes required for the role: Skills: At least 10 years specializing in SAP SCM, MM, and Procurement with significant S/4HANA experience. Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects in supply chain management. Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA SCM, MM, and Procurement solutions. Strong project management skills, with experience managing large teams and complex projects. Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. SAP certification in S/4HANA SCM/MM is highly preferred. Personal attributes: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SCM, MM, and Procurement modules and their integration with other SAP solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. Minimum requirements to apply for the role (including qualifications and experience): At least 10 years specializing in SAP SCM, MM, and Procurement with significant S/4HANA experience. Proven track record in leading large-scale data transformation projects in a Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment. .
