Key Responsibilities: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare monthly journals, and resolve outstanding issues. Prepare monthly management accounts, variance commentary, and quarterly board reports. Drive the budget preparation process, coordinating across stakeholders and preparing Exco/Board presentations. Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting while maintaining a strong control environment. Support ad-hoc IFRS 17 requirements and strategic decision-making projects. Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum: BCom Honours or equivalent qualification. 35 years experience in the Insurance industry (compulsory). Completed articles (advantage). IFRS 17 exposure/experience (advantage). Strong experience in reconciliations, monthly accounts, CFO reporting, and commission calculations. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word); experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous. Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and present effectively to stakeholders. Apply now!
