Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and stock replenishment. Maintenance Coordination: Address maintenance or repair needs related to cleaning equipment and facilities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and customer requirements. Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or complaints related to cleaning services. Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to optimize cleaning processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction. External Management: Oversee the management and supervision of external cleaning contractors or vendors, if applicable. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, performance metrics, and budget utilization. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines in all cleaning operations. Provide training and awareness to staff on health and safety practices and protocols. Regularly assess the work environment to identify and address potential health and safety hazards.
