Requirements:
- Certified CCNP Collaboration (Voice)
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Wireless/Routing and Switching certification an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for voice and collaboration systems.
- Handle first-line support calls in conjunction with existing support staff.
- Design, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Collaboration and Unified Communications systems.
- Support and manage Microsoft Teams Voice and associated integrations.
- Assist in projects and roll-outs of new voice and collaboration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
