Job Summary
One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager / Management Accountant to join their Rosebank team.
All checks will be conducted upfront: ITC, Crim, sequestration, ID, Fraud, Matric, tertiary and 2 reference checks.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate finance strategy into actionable plans for the business.
- Provide visionary leadership to the financial management team.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to resolve complex financial issues.
- Deliver insightful financial and non-financial reporting to drive decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
- Drive cost optimization and value-added financial services.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with group policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of 410 direct and up to 50 indirect reports.
- Lead feasibility studies and financial input for strategic projects.
- Foster strong relationships across business units to support growth and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Required)
- Experience: 810 years in financial or management accounting roles, with proven leadership experience
