Job Summary
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Machinery Production Manager to oversee and optimize our machinery production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and production management, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the machinery production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Oversee and optimize the use of equipment, ordering materials, and labor to achieve maximum productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate production performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to resolve production issues.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, costs, and efficiency metrics for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in machinery production management or a similar role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
