About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Consumer Partnerships & New Business function in Johannesburg. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies across Non-Life Consumer divisions, driving customer growth and market share through innovative distribution channels. With a passion for building powerful partnerships in the Financial Services sector, we are looking for someone who can drive results-driven initiatives that deliver scale and high affinity for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership model to reach customers in non-traditional spaces.
Build and oversee a rigorous partner management framework, focusing on brands that deliver scale and high affinity.
Manage the commercial results of the function, optimizing resources and analyzing market trends to hit revenue targets.
Collaborate with Product, IT, and Finance teams to create seamless, technology-driven customer journeys.

Requirements

A Business Degree and a Post-Graduate qualification are essential.
At least 6 years of proven experience establishing and fostering professional partnerships.
Minimum 3 years in a Senior Management role with experience managing budgets.
3 years within a Financial Services environment.
