They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Practice Assistant to join their talented team Clearwater, Johannesburg. As a Senior Practice Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations, assist in managing client projects, and contribute to the seamless execution of their creative processes.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literate in Excel
• Experience in staff management
• 1 year of administration experience
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience within the Optical industry, will be advantageous
• Previous sales experience
• Experience in customer service and stock control
• Experience in medical practices beneficial
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
• Valid RSA driver’s license and own transport OR reliable transport
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends

Duties will include:

• Receiving patients
• Opening and managing patient files
• Assist patients with fitting frames
• Compile quotations and invoices
• Assist with stock takes
• Schedule appointments
• Ensure that the practice is organized and tidy
• Provide support to the sales team by promoting products and services, assist with achieving the sales targets

Remuneration:

Arrangement from R 8 000 – R 10 000 + Incentive
