The primary purpose of the role is to provide leadership and develop/deploy their Policy Deployment actions across the site, achieving optimum team and production performance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Process Engineer will understand the strategic objectives for the plant (through the Policy Deployment process), and translate this into a clearly defined Department action plan. The role will be accountable for the delivery of that action plan on a short- to medium-term time line. In addition, the Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for the development of the Department team, actively encouraging through their own behaviour, an environment where people act safely and develop to their full potential.
