Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master with strong domain expertise in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems (WMS) . The successful candidate will lead complex cross-functional projects across operational and technology environments, driving digital transformation initiatives within distribution, warehousing, and supply chain ecosystems. This role requires deep experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies , strong stakeholder engagement capability, and the ability to manage technical delivery across cloud, integration, and automation platforms. SCOPE OF WORK: Project & Program Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of logistics and supply chain transformation projects Manage warehouse management system (WMS) implementations and optimizations Oversee multi-stream project execution (operations, IT, vendors, and third parties) Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource plans Manage scope, risk, budget, quality, and timelines Methodology & Governance Apply Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Hybrid) frameworks appropriately Ensure compliance with PMBOK / PRINCE2 governance standards Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and steering committees Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards Technical & Systems Oversight Work closely with engineering teams on: Azure cloud environments Azure DevOps pipelines REST API integrations System interoperability between ERP, WMS, TMS, and third-party systems Collaborate with UX/UI teams using Figma for process and system design validation Oversee integration of RF Scanners and warehouse hardware technologies Support AI-driven productivity initiatives leveraging tools such as: ChatGPT Claude AI Gemini Microsoft Copilot Stakeholder & People Management Lead cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, warehouse ops teams) Manage internal and external vendors Drive executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication Mentor junior project managers and team leads Facilitate change management across operational teams MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 8–12 years Project Management experience Proven experience delivering logistics, warehouse, or supply chain projects Experience with WMS implementations or large distribution environments Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall delivery Experience working in Azure environments and DevOps-managed projects Exposure to API integrations and enterprise system connectivity Demonstrated experience managing teams Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field PMP (Project Management Professional) OR PRINCE2 Practitioner OR Strong working knowledge of PMBOK framework Technical Competencies (Highly advantageous): AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, Gemini, Copilot) Azure DevOps ERP/WMS/TMS systems Figma Microsoft Azure REST API integration frameworks RF scanning systems & warehouse automation tools Risk management & budget control SOFT SKILLS: Change management capability Excellent stakeholder engagement skills High emotional intelligence Resilient under pressure Results-driven mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Strong leadership and decision-making ability
