Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Siebel Developer with hands-on expertise in Siebel Open UI to join a dynamic digital transformation team. As a key contributor, you`ll be instrumental in developing, customizing, and optimizing Siebel applications, particularly within the Open UI framework, to deliver high-impact solutions for mission-critical business systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Siebel Open UI components, using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for seamless user experiences.
- Customize Siebel application functionalities using Siebel Tools and scripting (eScript, browser scripts).
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in the entire SDLC, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-launch support.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of Siebel CRM applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Support Siebel integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs or other middleware platforms.
- Stay up to date with Oracle Siebel releases and contribute to architectural improvements and scalability planning.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Siebel Open UI development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and web standards.
- Strong working knowledge of Siebel Tools, workflows, and configuration.
- Experience with Siebel Scripting browser script, server script, eScript.
- Familiarity with Siebel Data Model, Business Components, and Integration Objects.
- Understanding of Siebel EAI and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
