JOB TITLE:

Senior Traffic Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Working closely with the entire client success team, the STM monitors and directs the movement of all jobs through the creative development process; updating schedules and team members as required. STM are highly skilled at running a great campaign from concept through to delivery, as well as being competent in allocating resources, monitoring, and reporting on the status of the project. Importantly, the STM needs to be firm yet flexible to meet the ever-changing client demands as well as personable, always seeking to ensure timely delivery of all projects; helping out wherever he/she can and directing and motivating everyone to deliver their part of the job on-time and according to agreed-upon specifications.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPAs):

• Manage traffic and creative process

• Resource Management and Planning

• Evaluate and manage internal systems and workflow process

• Report on job performance and trends

• Manage administrative requirement that relates to external resources and suppliers

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant qualification

• Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects.

• Proven project and account management experience.

• Skilled at working under pressure.

• The ability to problem-solve around deadlines and workflow.

• Being able to change or pivot to different tasks or triage important tasks effectively.

• Strong and organised personality.

• Ability to streamline workflow independently.

• People management skills.

• Team leadership abilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Efficient administrative abilities.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 years experience in agency
