Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, modules, forms, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including creating new modules, tables, UI pages, and scripting.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools).
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure robust functionality.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation (design specs, user guides, release notes) and provide training to team members.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow customization, workflow automation, and integration
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and external system integrations
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments
