Job Summary
Requirements:
â? Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination. â? Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures . â? Ability to react quickly to shipping deviations and resolve issues. â? Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, shippers, and distributors. â? High attention to detail and strong organizational skills . Job Experience & Skills Required: ð??¦ Oversee and coordinate local and international shipments , ensuring compliance with company and customs regulations. ð??? Monitor shipments to ensure on-time collection and delivery , addressing any delays or issues. ð??? Work closely with international distributors to arrange and manage customs clearance. ð??© Provide regular shipment updates to customers and distributors. ð??? Negotiate shipping rates and fees with shippers/couriers. ð?? Prepare and manage shipping quotes and shipment records . ð??? Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
