Security advice to clients Quality Assurance Audit Threat and Risk assessments. Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship Project Management Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints Ensure that the contractual requirements are met all the time Maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system Ensuring that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed Incident and Investigation Management Ensure compliance to the companys disciplinary code Incident and Investigation management Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practices, covering the physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity confidentiality Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the relevant site to ensure profitability Effective organization, supervision and staff management Client retention and maintaining customer service levels Training and development Audits and assessments Maintenance and safeguarding of company and client assets. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification PSIRA certification Grade A Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures Knowledge of tools and systems which provide access security control Must have confidence in dealing with public Bilingual (English and any other South African language) First aid and firefighting will be advantageous Excellent written & verbal communication Computer literate and knowledge of MS office The ability to communicate and present to all levels and work pressure Must be willing to undergo a polygraph test Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record Valid drivers license & own reliable transport
