Job Description Our client is seeking a bright and capable Litigation Attorney to serve as a Professional Assistant to one of the Directors. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of post-admission experience and be well-versed in both High Court and Magistrates Court proceedings Qualifications LLB Degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Minimum 3 years post-admission experience Skills The successful candidate will have: A proven track record in litigation, particularly in High Court and Magistrates Court matters Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Strong billing, timekeeping, and litigation-related administrative skills Sharp analytical ability to assess case merits, risks, and legal strategy Excellent attention to detail in reviewing legal documents and identifying key issues A problem-solving mindset to navigate complex legal challenges
