Employer Description A reputable law firm located in the East rand. Job Description Our client seeks a knowledgeable Bookkeeper with experience in law firm accounting systems. The firm is migrating from Legal Interact (Winlaw) to Ghost Practice/Law Practice, and you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition. This is a permanent, part-time role (23 days per week in-office). You will be responsible for: Managing trust accounts and client ledgers Processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments Assisting with payroll and monthly reporting Supporting system migration and ensure compliance with legal accounting standards Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records Qualifications Diploma/Certificate in Accounting advantageous Skills The successful candidate will have: Minimum 3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience (legal sector preferred) Proficiency in Ghost Practice or Law Practice systems Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Currently working part-time and seeking additional income Salary/Package R8 000 R10 000 per month, commensurate with experience Benefits Flexible work schedule and exposure to advanced legal accounting systems.
