Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards and reporting tools to track key distribution and inventory KPIs.
• Analyze stock movement, replenishment patterns, and demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Identify trends and anomalies in supply chain data to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: 3-year degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data, Finance, Economics, Informatics, Statistics). A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Experience: 2–5 years in a data analytics role, with a strong focus on inventory management, distribution networks, or retail operations.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS (or similar analytical tools).
  • Strong mathematical and modeling skills, particularly in demand planning, stock forecasting, and warehouse optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with solid problem-solving capabilities.

Non-Negotiables:

• Proven experience in distribution and inventory data analysis.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
