Johannesburg South: IT Manager posted by Network Finance

• Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of all IT Services, including networks, servers, endpoints, applications and cloud platforms 
• Manage on-prem, hybrid and/or cloud infrastructure – Microsoft Azure, M365, AWS 
• Implement and maintain cyber security controls to protect systems, data and users 
• Translate business strategy into a local IT roadmap aligned with group or regional directives 
• Lead IT projects including upgrades, migration and new system implementation 
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and system integrators 
• Control IT budgets, forecast expenditure and track ROI Technology investments 
• Lead, mentor and develop the local IT team (support, infrastructure applications) 

Job Experience and skill required 

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related 
• 7 – 10 years experience in IT, 3 – 5 years in IT management or lead role 
• Strong experience in Infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and user support. 
• ITIL Foundation certificate 
• Microsoft (Azure / M365), AWS or equivalent certificates 
• Cybersecurity, governance or project management cert
