Job Summary
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination
- Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
- Previous experience in a multinational/global environment (Advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisitions to purchase order creation and delivery
- Conduct supplier evaluations, track performance, and build long-term partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
- Analyse procurement data and prepare reports on spend, cost savings, and supplier performance
- Support inventory management and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Collaborate with finance to align payment terms, credit limits, and invoicing processes
- Identify and implement cost optimisation and value improvement opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) with strong data analysis and reporting skills
- ERP system exposure (Sage X3, SAP, SYSPRO) advantageous
- Strong numerical, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
