Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. *Welding*: Weld metal parts together using various welding processes, such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).2. *Material Preparation*: Prepare metal parts for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and shaping.3. *Equipment Maintenance*: Maintain welding equipment, including cleaning and replacing consumables.4. *Quality Control*: Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.5. *Safety Procedures*: Follow safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
1. *Qualifications*: Relevant technical qualification, such as a National Certificate in Welding.2. *Experience*: 1-2 years of experience as a welder.3. *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of welding processes, safety procedures, and metallurgy.4. *Skills*: Proficient in using.
