Were hiring Mechanical Engineer (Downstream Petrochemical) for one of our Leading MNC client in Infrastructure and Services to join their growing team. Please note that this position is based in The Middle East, relocation, accommodation and additional benefits apply.
Our client is seeking individuals in the field of Mechanical Engineering with drive and dedication to make an impact and set the standard for the future of engineering. The challenges will be centered around managing small fast-paced projects primarily involving fixed equipment (primarily ASME pressure vessels and API tanks, Pipelines). This may includes assisting with calculations, design, updating standards, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan and on budget.
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting and solutions under the direction of an senior engineer or supervisor
-Make adjustments or changes to models and drawings needed/recommended by immediate supervisor
-Perform calculations by hand or utilizing standard engineering design programs -Research design solutions to project concerns; analyze and recommend solutions to design problems
-Interacting directly with other engineers in order to address issues, concerns, or changes in scope
-Person will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and tracking the deliverables for multiple projects
-Keeping up with the latest codes and standards and informing group of changes -Coordinating with other disciplines
-Working with vendors to obtain supplementary services
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 continuous years of relevant work experience in petrochemical industry
-Experience with MS Office (Specifically Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Completed bachelors degree program in mechanical engineering
