Job Summary

– Recording and confirming spa reservations on ESP – Responding to all reception emails – Orientating spa guests about the spa facilities and amenities – Daily administration – Maximise income by sales of retail products
Requirements:
– Must have Grade 12 – Must have 2-3 years experience in a Reception position in a well-established and professional spa – Be computer literate with experience on ESP – Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal
