Job Title: TeleSales Consultant – Johannesburg (Midrand)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic TeleSales Consultant to drive sales efforts by building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the training, education, or safety industry
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, effective sales techniques, and a deep understanding of customer needs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and present solutions in a clear and compelling manner
A strong customer service orientation with a passion for building long-term relationships
Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; experience with sales tools or platforms is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification: Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our training solutions.
Sales Presentations: Effectively present our services to potential clients, providing them with relevant information, product offerings, and solutions to meet their safety training needs.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for inquiries, quotes, and follow-up.
Sales Administration: Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Client Needs Analysis: Assess clients’ requirements to recommend the most suitable training programs, customizing solutions that align with their business goals and safety standards.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking sales activities, client interactions, and progress through the sales funnel.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and a seamless client experience.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, targets, and performance to management.
