Job Description
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer with over 5 years of experience (Specific to SAP (ECC/S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP, SAP Cloud ALM) and Non-SAP critical initiatives (digital platforms, APIs, middleware, data/analytics, and citizen development).
- Provides QE services across the full technology stack (Frontend/UI, API/Integration,
- Middleware, Backend, Data).
- Embed, scale, and mature QE capabilities using automation, DevOps, and modern testing principles.
- Deliver capability maturity roadmap from stabilization to AI-enabled predictive QE.
- Manage Service Transition to ensure smooth onboarding, knowledge transfer, and stabilization of QE services.
Objectives
- Establish consistent QE frameworks and practices.
- Deliver scalable QE services for business-critical projects.
- Enable automation-first and shift-left practices across all portfolios.
- Mature QE capabilities towards predictive, data-driven quality.
- Build internal Quality Champions through coaching and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure controlled transition of services with minimal disruption to operations.
