Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality scrub nursing support during surgeries and procedures. Ensure the operating theatre is prepared and maintained in accordance with safety and infection control standards. Assist the surgical team by preparing and passing instruments during procedures. Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other theatre staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensure proper sterilisation and handling of surgical equipment and instruments.
Requirements:
Nursing Diploma or Degree. Minimum of 3 years experience in theatre scrubbing. Operating Theatre Diploma would be an advantage. Registered with SANC. Ability to work flexible hours as per operational requirements.
