Job Summary
A reputable vehicle dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled Costing & Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department. Key
Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate costing of warranty job cards against actual work completed. Maintain compliance with Dealer Standards . Process and verify costing on job cards and credit notes. Perform general administrative tasks and maintain an organized filing system for costing/warranty documents. Ensure all claims meet policy and procedural requirements for audit purposes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Costing & Warranty Clerk in the motor industry . Previous experience in a vehicle dealership with corporate brands such as BMW, Range Rover, or Audi . Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills . Proficiency in motor industry systems like Kerridge or Autoline . Grade 12 qualification . Clear criminal record required.
