Our successful VIP Services Ambassadors
? CV (manage and grow high-end customer loyalty with appropriate recognition for their needs and value
? maintain records and measure trends of VIP guest activities
? co-ordinate and host VIP functions and hospitality events
? provide efficient and friendly customer service to Priv guests (face-to-face and telephonically), supplying prompt and complete information about all services and benefits on the property
? work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately. If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), sound computer skills in MS Office, presentation skills, and at least three years experience in a related hospitality field.
