Artisan Assistant From Fmcg

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist with machine repairs, welding, fitting, and assembling components.
- Operate and maintain equipment (e.g., conveyors, pumps, pipelines, boilers).
- Perform lathe work, tuning, and machining.
- Adhere to safety standards and complete documentation.
- Operate moving equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) and have the adequate certification
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or N3 or N5
- South African
- Clear Criminal Record
- Trade Test will be preferred ( Electrical or Mechanical or Electromechanical )
- 2+ years maintenance experience in the food industry
- Boilers is imperative
- Welding is imperative
- Lathe work is imperative
- Experience with welding, machining, and lathe work.
- Own transport and ability to work overtime/call-outs.
- Must have a drivers License
