Our client is a national manufacturing company specialising in the movement and production of bulk materials. As the Bookkeeper, you will support the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate and timeous processing of financial transactions up to trial balance, providing the data needed to keep manufacturing running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Process invoices, credit notes, payments, and receipts
• Bank reconciliations and cashbook management
• Maintain supplier and customer accounts
• Assist with month-end journals and reporting
• Support with audit preparation and stock reconciliations

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Matric with a relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualification
• 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Strong reconciliation and accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Pastel / Sage Evolution or similar ERP system
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
