Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead cash flow management, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis
- Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and processes
- Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and suppliers
Experience Required
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial management role
- Strong understanding of import processes and related financial controls
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a hands-on, high-growth, entrepreneurial setting
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
