Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to meet company needs.
• Handle tenders, supplier documentation, and manage supplier relationships.
• Address supplier and client queries promptly and effectively.

Exports & Imports Management

• Oversee and manage export and import processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with SARS regulations and ensure adherence to SADC region requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Act as a key point of contact for supplier and client communications.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare procurement reports and analyze data for insights and improvements.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement activities efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• National Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, or a related field (CIPS certification is an added benefit).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining, manufacturing, or construction industries.
• Extensive exposure to exports and imports (non-negotiable).
• Experience with tenders, supplier management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced reporting skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
