As the Legal Bookkeeper, you will report directly to the Financial Manager and work closely with the conveyancing department. Your role will encompass accurate financial record-keeping, reconciliation of trust accounts, and managing accounts payable/receivable, all while utilizing your LMS system expertise to enhance operational efficiency. You will also ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while contributing to the firm’s success.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification.
- Conveyancing experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Legal Management Systems (LMS).
- Over 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper in a legal environment.
