A leading player in the industrial gear and power transmission sector is searching for a seasoned Sales Engineer with proven success in the gear industry. This role is for a driven hunter who can identify opportunities, expand market presence, and close high-value deals while maintaining strong industry relationships.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Currently working in the gear, gearboxes, or power transmission industry (essential).
• Strong technical knowledge of gears, gear manufacturing, and mechanical applications.
• Minimum 5–10 years’ sales experience in heavy industry/mining/manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of hunting new business and achieving targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Proactively seek and secure new business in the gear and power transmission markets.
• Build and maintain key client relationships across mining, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scope, price, and deliver client-specific gear solutions.
• Represent the company at technical presentations, industry events, and trade shows.
• Deliver consistent sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.
