Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer specializing in Winder and Lifting Equipment, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by promoting our comprehensive range of products and services. Leveraging your technical expertise and customer relationship skills, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver exceptional service. Duties:

Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and promote our winder and lifting equipment solutions. Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on product selection, configuration, and application based on customer specifications and operational needs. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead qualification, and proposal development. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and technical capabilities to key stakeholders. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, and customer support) to ensure seamless project execution from sale to installation and after-sales support. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales performance analysis for management review and strategic planning. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Additional qualifications in sales or business administration are a plus. Experience: Proven track record in technical sales or business development roles within the industrial equipment sector, preferably with experience in winder and lifting equipment.
