Responsibilities:

Create instructional materials, including interactive modules, video content, assessments, and quizzes. Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to design engaging e-learning courses. Apply instructional design theories and methodologies to create effective online learning experiences. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate learning objectives into impactful e-learning content. Design structured e-learning programs and learning paths aligned with organizational goals. Set up, manage, and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) to support e-learning delivery. Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues within the LMS to ensure seamless user experiences. Develop multimedia elements such as audio, video, and graphics to enhance course interactivity. Edit videos, record voiceovers, and create animations to ensure high-quality content delivery. Design and implement assessments to measure learners understanding of course materials. Analyze assessment data and learner feedback to refine and improve course content. Conduct usability testing to evaluate course functionality and content clarity. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Education or Instructional Design or Educational Technology or Information Technology, or a related field. SDF (Skills Development Facilitator) certification is required. Skills Must have 5-6 years experience. Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or multimedia content creation. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or Camtasia.
