Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements. Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate recording of revenue. Process commissions claims for travel agents and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate calculation and payment of commissions. Monitor and manage debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payment and minimizing bad debts. Load financial information onto QuickBooks, including transactions, accounts, and inventory, to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Load cashbook information onto Excel, including transactions, accounts, and reconciliations, to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare and type salary payslips for employees, ensuring accurate calculation and payment of wages and benefits. Qualifications Finance or accounting qualification Skills Proficiency in QuickTrav essential as well as either QuickBooks or Pastel Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
