Job Summary

Employer Description Luxury Resort in Mozambique Job Description A luxury Resort based in Mozambique is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead its reservations team from the Johannesburg Head Office. This is a strategic and operational role suited to a highly organized individual with strong leadership and system expertise. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the reservations team, ensuring smooth daily operations Handle individual and group bookings, modifications and cancellations Monitor availability, rates and allocations across platforms Liaise with sales, marketing and operations teams to optimize occupancy Ensure accurate data entry and reporting across systems Maintain high levels of guest service and communication standards Train and mentor team members to uphold performance and service excellence Qualifications A hospitality management diploma or degree is required Minimum 57 years experience in reservations or front office within the hospitality sector At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Proven proficiency in Semper or ResRequest reservation systems Skills Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel, Outlook and CRM/reporting tools Clear and professional written and verbal communication
