Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Events/Programme Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of dynamic retail-focused events and initiatives. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of national and regional events, activations, and internal programmes Assist in developing event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery Coordinate communications and marketing support for events and initiatives Manage guest lists, RSVP processes, venue bookings, and supplier logistics Provide on-site event support and post-event wrap-ups including reporting and feedback collation Track and manage programme deliverables across multiple workstreams Contribute to creative brainstorming and content planning sessions Key Skills Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities A collaborative mindset and can-do attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2-4 years experience in an events, programme coordination, or project support role Exposure to retail or consumer brand environments is advantageous Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends during events Qualifications Degree or diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
