Job Title: Enrolled Nurse Location: Kempton Park About the Role Our client, a reputable and well-established General Practice based in Kempton Park, is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse registered with SANC to join their team. The ideal candidate will perform basic nursing duties and health assessments in line with professional standards and scope of practice. Key Responsibilities Vital signs: Take and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Preparing and assisting the General Practitioner with minor procedures Administering medication (setting up IV lines, IMI injections) Wound management – Cleaning and replacing dressings on wounds and surgical sites. Taking notes on medical history and symptoms Drawing of blood – adults and children Provide emotional support and demonstrate empathy and patience, especially with long-term care patients Professional communication with families and the patient Completion of patient records and medical aid administration Deliver high-quality nursing care Skills and Attributes: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Attention to detail Action orientation Ethical behaviour Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Minimum Requirements Enrolled Nursing Diploma from a recognised institution Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport Must be available to start as soon as possible Working Hours: Monday: 08H00 – 17H00 Tuesday: 08H00 – 13H00 Wednesday: 08H00 – 17H00 Thursday: 08H00 – 13H00 Friday: 08H00 – 17H00 Every 2nd Saturday: 08H00 – 13H00 Salary: R 15 000 to R 17 000.00 CTC – Depending on experience (No benefits) Application Process:
