About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative at Talent Link, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle telesales activities and conduct daily outbound sales calls, including cold calling.
  • Communicate with external customers regarding queries, product information, pricing, and order requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to sales personnel, including managing documentation and follow-ups.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including processing, tracking, and confirming delivery dates for the relevant sales portfolio.
  • Assist in processing new and repeat job orders, ensuring accurate quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and ensure all details are captured accurately.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with customer interactions, sales activity, and order progress.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support smooth sales flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and experienced in making outbound sales calls, including cold calling
  • Strong administrative ability with good attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM experience advantageous).
