We are a construction company and looking for a dynamic energetic mature Receptionist/Administrative assistant.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contactManaging phone calls, emails, and general enquiriesAssisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filingSupporting the team with day-to-day office administrationMust be fluent in Afrikaans & EnglishMust reside in Kempton-Park areaDesired Experience & QualificationNaturally friendly, positive, and enthusiastic with a professional manner.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn new systems.Experience using DEXT, ZERO & Approval Max will be an advantage.Assist accounts, procurement, HR & surveying department with administrative tasksExperience in debtors, creditors & delivery notesAssist other staff with administrative dutiesPrint documents and assist Site Manager’s as requiredAssist the Yard Manager with documentation & allocation of tool and other ordersUpdate and maintain all safety documentsAbility to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Previous experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house role is an advantage.To apply, please e-mail your CV.
