About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Objective Personnel in Kempton Park. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on paint types and finishes, building relationships with local contractors and DIY enthusiasts, and achieving required targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on paint types: water based vs oil based
  • Finishes, Primers, Specialized coating for various surfaces.
  • Colour consulting
  • Calculate paint quantities and necessary accessories such as brushes rollers and drop sheets based on the customers dimensions.
  • Build relationships with local contractors, DIY enthusiasts to secure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Own vehicle
  • Must have expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
  • Technical proficiency in paint products.
  • Colour matching and application techniques.
  • Understanding surface preparation
  • Simplify technical jargon for the DIY customers.
  • Achieve required targets
