Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is a well-established logistics company based in Kempton Park, and they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Manage and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize warehouse operations and meet customer requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Logistics or supply chain management qualification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver`s license
