Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and chemical dosing. System Inspections: Perform system assessments to ensure optimal performance and recommend solutions for improvements. Equipment Installation: Install and commission new water treatment equipment as needed. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotations for service work, upsell maintenance plans, and service upgrades. Administrative
Duties:
Complete job cards, procure service components, manage purchase orders, and maintain service records. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a water treatment company. Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certifications: Valid driver’s license. Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
