Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled or experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee a team of mechanics/technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the team.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance jobs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of [mention relevant machinery, vehicles, or industry-specific equipment].
- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
